Terrible company that will take your money and ignore you

Horrible experience. Stole my money and don't reply to e-mails (at all).

This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. About a month ago I bought and subsequently returned two pairs of shoes. One of these returns was processed and refunded, the second was not.

I have sent multiple e-mails over the last two weeks and had absolutely no replies from this company. I am now having to raise a PayPal dispute.

Avoid this company at all costs, they're crooks and they'll take your money and ignore you.

First Class Service

As always - first class service. For the first time an item I bought broke (faulty product) and Wiggle immediately replaced it, no questions, no postage costs. Fantastic customer service and I will use them again.

Advertising feature black men

Black men only make 1.5% of the population yet they feature in more than half of the man menu navigation images! What about Asian men? Or even black women? I will try to buy elsewhere unless you work on diversity as far as the representation of 'ethnic' population goes.

Horrible Service

Horrible Service, I ordered a parcel for next day delivery however this slot was missed, then when i spoke to an advisor i was told to wait for 48 hours after the last update from the courier. When that 48 hours had passed I spoke to them again where they advised me that i would have to wait a further 4 days for the investigation to conclude. I asked for a refund and was told I had no recourse and had to follow their policy, further to this when i asked to raise a complaint the agent just told me i could email a manager though he would just tell me the same thing and then had the chat closed promptly without warning.

Slow, expensive and truly terrible customer service.

Ordered 2 items at a higher price than elsewhere due to them being advertised as "in stock" with Wiggle, and I needed them quickly.
After I ordered, it turned out that one of the items wasn't in stock which caused a delay to me receiving the item. Obviously this took away my original reason to chose Wiggle (and therefore pay more) in the first place.

Contacted customer services, which is absolutely terrible. Honestly it's really really bad! No phone number, just a contact form which led to an email which didn't acknowledge or resolve any of my issues. 3 emails later, and all I've gotten is ‘standard/template' responses that don't help at all.

Now they're being funny about refunding me too. Avoid avoid avoid!

Great prices and a wide selection of goods. The only negative is long delivery time.

Jack wolf skin jacket.

Great delivery and fantastic product. The website is a little frustrating when the size you need is initially out of stock.

Do not order with cycle to work scheme!

Do not order through cycle to work scheme! I ordered a bike 8 months ago with Wiggle. I ordered a lovely bike in small and some accessories. The bike arrived and it was a large, I could not even get on the seat! It also had scuffs and scratches. I returned the bike but not the accessories as we had used them. I thought it would be as simple as them sending me the correct size I had originally ordered. This was not the case. Still 8 months on and I still do not have a bike. I was told I had to pay them the £300 worth of accessories to get my full voucher back or order another bike from them. The bike I wanted is now not on their website and there are no other ones I like. I am not in the position to pay £300 outright, this is why I used the scheme in the first place. They don't contact you for days and have no phone number to call. This is the most unhelpful company I have ever had to deal with. I can either order a bike I don't want, try to find £300 from somewhere or just let them keep the money I have nearly paid off. Absolutely diabolical customer service! I am now in a really tough situation down to no fault of my own.

Going downhill?

Good service, but prices are no longer “best” (despite the company objective). The recent cancellation of its price-match promise has lost wiggle approx £2500 of sales to me alone. More recently, it seems to be carrying less stock, and stock alerts have unrealistic estimates.

Terrible, from bad to worse…

I’ve had and still having a terrible experience with Wiggle. Upon ordering a bike online. They delivered both of my orders to an incorrect address.I was told by both companies (delivery company too) as that was the address they had on system they would need to look into this. So it was up to me to get the bike and the other items from a strangers home. (I took proof of purchase).Upon getting bike home - it had a faulty dropper post. They eventually requested the entire bike back.. after 10 days of chasing them. They said they would send out a box for the bike to be returned in. I asked that they amend my address on the system to the correct address ( they confirmed it was correct all along). The following week I get an email from parcel force (not Hermes like the previous time) to say they had tried to deliver the box but there was an address issue. When I spoke with parcel force they advised wiggle had sent them to the same incorrect address as before and was turned away from the property. Parcel Force then rearranged with myself for the correct address delivery, upon receiving the box to return my damaged order I see that wiggle have sent a box too small to package up an adult size bike. nearly 8 weeks have passed and I’m still having issues trying to get this resolved.Several times I have asked for someone to contact me as I wish to raise it formally as a complaint and the request is still being ignored to this day.
